Richard Poon sings poker face....

The tandem of Richard Poon and Sam Milby really got St. Monique mesmerized....

Richard Poon came first at around 8:30pm and despite the long wait, the crowd welcomed him warmly and set the energy high for the next performers to maintain. He is very nice and good looking so the crowd really got so upbeat. He sang his signature renditions of  I'll Take Care of You, You and I and Moonriver.

His version of Kahit maputi na ang buhok ko sounded so karaoke but I love the way he sang POKER FACE and NOBODY jazz style. This man really got a lot on his sleeves.

Sam Milby came last after the performances  of the Foxy ladies and Apple Chiu. At first I thought he is lip sync-hing as he sang exactly the same in his recordings, but I guess that's what you call consistency. He sure can sing well.

And you can tell that the two are really nice as they tried to go down the stage several times despite the surety of being mobbed.

I guess this concerts will be a yearly event after the success of this one. Kudos to the organizers especially Mr. Raymund Castillo, the president of Saint Monique Valais homeowners Association for bringing them here.....
