Sam Milby and Richard Poon (the Power of 2) will come here for a concert as part of the Christmas Party celebrations of the village. It will feature the foxy ladies and Apple Chiu.

This will also serve as the inauguration of the 2nd clubhouse which features the swimming pool and covered basketball court among others in Phase2 C4.
