Dr. Jose Rizal is my personal hero, the perfect example of how a Filipino should live his life. He was a traveler, a novelist, a patriot, a linguist, a scholar,a linguist and more. He is what every Filipino should aspire to be. We might not be able to equal his achievements but he is an inspiration to all of us. Happy 150th birthday Dr. Jose Rizal!!!!

I was, I am and I will always be a Rizal fan. His ideas continue to be relevant to this day and for many more years to come. His thoughts on human rights, human values, the dignity of man, the value of education and love of country and the environment made him the ideal model for the Filipino people. But for the Filipino Youth- the "Fair Hope of My Motherland!" Rizal ought to be not only an ordinary model, he is a perfect example of excellence.
