LG PLASMA 3D TV: our new toy

I am very sad we will not be able to watch the AZKALS vs. Kuwait match live today in Rizal Sports Complex like we did last time against Sri Lanka. Night shift work doesn't allow me from going away but I heard they will be broadcasting it live on Studio 23 so we can still catch up on the action during break time. Good thing our new toy arrived yesterday,yeah, the LG Plasma 3D tv --42inches baby!!!


In case you don't know, this gadget normally priced at 45k php is on promo offer for 35k. Good value ayt? Look for it in SM Appliance store branches.I donno if they offer such in other appliance centers. We bought ours in SM Taytay. We originally wanted to purchase in Sm Megamall but the proximity of Taytay made us think it's more practical to have it there.

I love the USB port thingy. I wasn't able to transfer the cable wire from upstairs when we assembled the tv but since I was too excited to try it out, I immediately inserted my USB flash disk to try the movies I downloaded through torrent and it worked instantly. Now I have another hobby,---downloading movies. Any suggestions?:D . I just hope I can download some movies in 3D so that I can check the 2 free glasses if they are working fine. If you know any site for 3d movie download, please feel free to tell me in the comment box.thanks thanks

My wife is now very happy. We have an old tv which we placed in the Masters bedroom as it is too bulky to be in our small living room.Whenever we have guests, the tendency is to talk them through the entire stay or have them read the magazine or eat food. Should all else fail, titigan portion na. So the living room could really get too boring at times. Now we have another way to lure guests in the house and keep them entertained.hahaha

What she doesn't know is that I am more happy. I stay at home all day so this will definitely bring back the couch potato in me. Another reason for me to stay away from the computer yeah?


The LG 42in PLASMA 3D tv is indeed a good buy with a price tag of 35,000php (below $1,000)-That means 10,000php off its current regular price.Good deal!!!The last time we asked in Sm Megamall, the sales representative said they are offering this until supply lasts. When we bought our unit in SM Taytay, the clerk said it's on promo only until the end of July which will be until Sunday this week. I don't know who is telling the truth. If you have plans of having one, this is the best time to purchase so hurry to your nearest SM appliance center. The 10k discount works on cash basis or straight charge on your credit card.
