3rd Philippine International Pyromusical Competition: PHILIPPINES

Last Saturday saw the FINAL DAY of showdown for the 3rd Philippine International Pyromusical Competition.It was ITALY'S turn.Unfortunately, my correspondent reported that the traffic leading to the venue,Sm-Mall of Asia, was very heavy and so he missed Italy's performance.Luckily, he was there in time for the Philippine's turn.While the Philippines is not an official competitor,it participates on demonstration basis every year and true enough, it has always been a crowd favorite. There was a technical problem during the presentation and so it was cut and continued after a few minutes.Still, the Philippines wowed and impressed the thousands of people who gathered in and around the seaside of SM-Mall of Asia.

"Yung the best para sakin ung biglang tumahimik tapos nag play yung song ni Whitney Houston na "I will always love you" sobrang goose bump ako.. fireworks nasa mismong tubig tapos parang fountain ung formation.Yun nga lang.. dun narin nag start yung technical problem sa barko.. di na pumutok ung mga fireworks.But still the best!!!"
