a peek inside FERSAL HOTEL Malakas Quezon City

My first encounter with the Fersal Hotel brand was Annapolis Branch Cubao.I was quite satisfied with the place given the price range and actually wrote about it in my blog.We also stayed in Neptune Makati branch which is more modern and chick.

Been working on a project with the Fersal Group so I got the chance to see all six (6) branches and I finally have a sense of what the brand stands for the how impressive it is given the price range and therefore,the budget accommodation category.Let me take you inside each of them here in my blog so that you have a sense of what I am talking about.Will be flooding each entry with pictures so you could discriminate how these accommodations trade in the ever competitive hospitality sector.Let's start with FERSAL HOTEL Malakas QC which is one of my favorites.

Fersal Hotel Malakas impressed me.Fersal Hotels are small to medium sized hotels so I was surprised that Malakas Branch has incorporated a grand lobby.It is situated near government offices like that of quezon city hall,National Kidney Center as well as business establishments like Trinoma Mall and SM North Edsa so it has a regular flow of guests from both the private and public sector.It is actually located just behind Philippine Heart Center.

 

 

INN CAFE

There is elegance in this Hotel and the restaurant section (Inn Cafe) is consistent with the overall feel of the place.It has modern interior with a classy appeal.

 

THE ROOMS

It is housed in a six-storey building with rooms occupying floor 2-5 and a function room at the 6th floor.They have three (3) room types, deluxe single,deluxe double and executive room with a price range of 2,500-3,200php.Extra person is at 600php.

Fersal has recently launched its "New Fersal" brand which translates to newly renovated and upgraded rooms.That means fully airconditioned rooms,private bathroom for each unit,daily housekeeping and mini-bar,tv sets are already flat screen and it comes with cable connection of course.

 

 

 

CONFERENCE ROOMS

They have two conference rooms to cater to the demands of the area.A small one is at the 2nd floor and is good for small board meeting while the one at the 6th floor is for bigger groups such as corporate events.

Upgraded rooms,strategic location,competitive rates.I will not hesitate recommending this place to anyone who happen to be in the area.
