How to commute/get to RESORTS WORLD MANILA

Will be spending a night in Marriott Manila again this weekened,something I welcome after the tiring Northern Cebu trip last week.As early as now,I am already imagining myself basking in the sauna over poolside.I like intervals like this coz I don't have to exert so much effort to enjoy a good vacation.

Not completely effortless though,despite being located within the Metro,commuting to and from Resorts World Manila still is a pain in the neck sometimes---especially if you don't have a car like me.

So Here's HOW TO COMMUTE TO RESORTS WORLD MANILA.

 

How to get to Resorts World Manila

1.Taxi

The best/easiest way to get a taxi.From any point in Metro Manila,just tell the driver Resorts World Manila (RWM) and they know it.It's just in front of Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 3.If you are a foreign national,it's better to tell the driver immediate "meter" rather than ask how much.If the driver says no,immediately close the door and pick another taxi.If you say 'meter',it gives the taxi driver the impression that you are a foreign national residing in Manila and/or that you are familiar with the ways things work locally.

2.Train-Taxi or Train-Airport Shuttle
If you are on "budget mode" and want to save on the taxi,take MRT-3 (along Edsa Line) to Taft Avenue Station or LRT-1 to EDSA and from there,

a.take the texi to RWM.Average cost is +/-100pesos on the meter.(THIS IS WHAT I NORMALLY DO) or,

b.ride the the Airport Shuttle Bus (located in the terminal between Mcdonals and Sogo hotel) which will take you to NAIA-3 and walk from there.All you need to do is cross the street and you're in RWM.Shuttle Fare is at 20pesos per head.(just don't say you are heading to RWM instead of the airport)

 

If you are a guest of some of the Hotels in RWM,say,Marriott Manila,they have free shuttle service on schedule basis.Better call your hotel for information.

3. RWM FREE Shuttle

 "nagmember ako sa RWM kaya laging free shuttle service from alabang. mayron din sa makati at pasay pati las pinas at saan pang lupalop :)" TRANSLATE: he availed to the membership to RWM to be legible for free shuttle service. :)


I am also a member myself but I have never tried their shuttle.I didn't know the pick-up points myself (until this writing) hahaha
