Who cares if they have bitchy staff and that CHARLIE'S GRIND AND GRILL has an unflattering location next to a car wash? They have really good Waygu Burgers, Black Angus Burgers and more!
Thanks to Tripadvisor phone app I found Charlie's Grind and Grill after checking out at Ace Hotel and Suites during our staycation + Ace Water Spa experience last month.Also,good thing we resisted eating at Figaro Coffee which is located at the entrance of D'Ace Plaza.We walked less than a kilometer from there and we were at Charlie's in no time.
The entrance leading to Charlie's Grind and Grill you can mistake for a cheap restaurant.Also,it's next to a car wash (which makes sense coz rich kids and brats could dine in while waiting for their cars to be cleaned), but wait tell you see the menu board.It's packed with food I never heard of before but I know are not the usual ones you can buy anywhere.If the price is of any indication.Hindi basta basta ang food offering nila dito.
And what about 210 php for the cheapest burger?

Two hundred pesos for a burger?????There's also 300php,400php depending on what variant.While I was tweeting about it,I was reminded by my contacts that I am eating Australian beef and Angus in particular is really expensive.This is already a good value kung tutuusin.About the taste?You can really tell the beef is different from the burgers you buy in food chain.BIG difference.So as you know the extent,my wife remarked ----"I am never eating BigMc again!".hahaha
Just when I thought the Waygu Burger is mouth-watering enough, may mas isasarap pa pala ang Double Black Angus Burger.Mas malasa talaga. The two burgers and an order of fries already had us full.We'll have to reserve Buffalo Wings for our next visit.Soooooo looking forward to that!

They have another branch near Greenhills shopping center. Atthe Ronac Art Center. It's a better location, and not beside a carwash, too. :) you might wanna check it out if ever you are on the area. We keep on coming back to that place. Super love the black angus burger!
