This is one brand that I would like to see having many branches across the Metro
---AHAVIA SPA LOUNGE----and my prayers seem to be heard as they have opened their 2nd branch, this time in a more accessible area in Quezon City.Yes, Ahavia Spa Timog is now open to those who value rewarding themselves with pampering fit for a king.

I have featured Ahavia Spa San Juan last time and I instantly liked their service.We availed of Bridal Buff Package last time which is the ultimate pampering set for couples.This includes hair spa, body scrub, full body massage and pedicure, all at the comfort of a private room.

The newly opened branch in Timog is bolder, better!

The reception area is constrained to a small space at the ground floor of Triple A Health Plaza Bldg. so I was a bit apprehensive.I always love a grand entrance.It's at the 2nd and 3rd floors that you see the difference as Ahavia Spa Timog occupies all the space.

The 2nd floor and 3rd floor corridors are beautifully interiored.The brand brings with it the familiar black and gray leaf patterned wallpaper complete with vases on display.The place is dimly lit for an intimate feel. Sa corridor palang, relaxing na. The floor is accented with pebbles too..Lakas maka-sosyal ng lugar.

There is a waiting area just in case you have other companions who are not availing of the services. It has a large flat screen tv with cable channels so even your kids will not get bored.

PRIVATE ROOM
We stayed in a private room like last time in San Juan.Private rooms in Timog Branch are way bigger. It is complete with everything that you need (similar to San Juan) like that of a private bath except that here, there are three beds just in case you bring an extra person. There is also a small dining table just in case you order some food as pretty soon, a small cafe will open at the 3rd level of the spa.

Best of all, every private room is equipped with a Jacuzzi! Talk about first-class indulgence!

While they were setting up the room and the Jacuzzi, we tried the Sauna. Yes, Ahavia Timog has a sauna! This is another key feature of QC branch.This is a common Sauna located at the 3rd floor next to the common bath.Lockers are also located in the same level to make sure that your things are secure just in case you prefer having your massage in the common massage rooms. There are also private rooms for solo guests.I wanna try that one time :)

HAIR SPA and FOOT MASSAGE

The services are impeccable as usual.We were directed to a separate room for our Hair Spa and Foot Massage. The place is complete with comfortable lazy chairs and a large flat screen tv.

We started with Hair Spa first.Our therapists applied our hair treatments prior to having foot spa so because they had to let the treatment stay for at least 30 minutes for maximum effect. I availed of Reviving Peppermint  (Anti-dandruff ). I am confident I don't have dandruff but what the treatment does it that it improves the condition of the scalp so that you wouldn't get dandruff.I looooove the minty feel.Very relaxing.Tried so hard to fight dozing off.You know it works because your hair gets so soft and smooth after treatment.

In the case of foot reflexology, a lot of establishments fail on this service but our therapists surely did a good job.I know how difficult it is to do foot massage given the physical structure of that part of the body coz my wife would usually ask me to give her foot massage and I always complain.Mas madali pa mag full body massage.Agree?

My wife picked Organic Coffee Body Scrub because she wanted an evenly toned and smooth skin while I chose Silky Milky Aroma Glow to whiten dark spots as it exfoliates and moisturizes dead and dry skin.I got lots of blemishes at the back due to pimple marks and frequent exposure to sunlight during travel so this was indeed perfect for me.The milky,buttery aroma has a relaxing effect at pakiramdam mo ang sarap sarap mo after the therapy.hahaha

FULL BODY MASSAGE

I usually go for swedish or siatsu or combination massage but opted for Hot Stone this time around which was a good choice.Aside from para maiba naman, hot stone is really good in removing metabolic waste therefore enhancing the detoxification process.

Each of the two Ahavia Branches have a unique appeal. Consistent on both are their well trained therapists.That on top of Spa Services/packages that you will surely love.

After trying both branches, I can finally say  "I attest to how good AHAVIA Brand is".
