#MetroViganInn and 10 Reasons why you should keep coming back to VIGAN

Just a few days before this year’s summer is officially over, we were invited to visit Vigan, hosted by Metro Vigan Inn, which is located beside the city. The Road Trip to Vigan is a two day trip which showcased the newly opened Metro Vigan Cafe, boasting their Ilocandia Cuisine and their Kalesa Tour, a day trip to Vigan’s famous tourist spots.

Travelling to Vigan certainly hints a throwback feel since it was one of the few remaining Hispanic towns left in the country. Famous for their unique architecture, cobblestone streets and don’t forget their delicacies.

Road Trip to VIGAN

After a nine hour drive from Manila, we have reached Metro Vigan Inn at around 12:30nn because of too many stop overs, which is a bit late for our itinerary.

Tired and hungry, we were welcomed by the friendly staff at the newly renovated Metro Vigan Cafe. The best thing who welcomed us are these little bagnet burgers to ease the hunger we’ve felt, while they’re preparing our lunch.

Pusangkalye's Side Note: I have been meaning to go back to Vigan and give the city another chance to make its mark on me. Despite the lack of experience, and yes, that little rant, I believe Vigan holds a lot to fall for.
