Marco Polo Ortigas Manila is on the roll! Relatively new in the competitive Ortigas District hotel scene, it has been making headlines after headlines. Not a surprise because this hotel has a lot on its sleeves. A five-star hotel in every sense of the word. I got to stay here a few weeks ago and I can personally attest to that. Marco Polo Ortigas Manila showcased its versatile dining outlets as Philippine Tatler names its two signature outlets, Cucina and Lung Hin, two of the best restaurants in the country for this year’s line up.

In line with Marco Polo Ortigas Manila’s positioning in the Manila restaurant landscape, Cucina’s distinctive character-building is different from the usual hotel food and beverage outlets. Cucina showcases a diverse live action stations featuring a symphony of flavors from the world’s different culinary capitals. It transports diners to Hong Kong through the fine art of Cantonese cuisine cooking with well-trained Hong Kong Chefs that truly excite the senses. Boasting a well-defined menu that goes across dim sum, carvery and seafood, Lung Hin has been designed to delight guests through its exemplary service, tasteful interiors and wonderful food creations.
